James Ferrone is the Chef and Owner of Remini's. James is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has worked around food his whole life. James was born and raised in Queens, NY and relocated to Roanoke several years ago. He has worked at Hotel Roanoke, The Glebe, The Village on Pheasant Ridge and Annie Moore's Pub. James has always wanted to have his own restaurant and Remini's has made that dream a reality.
James prides himself on the freshness of his food. Our food suppliers were given the challenge to find special items to make the menu selections better that what you will find on other menus. You will taste the difference in the food not only from the fresh ingredients but also in the preparation. Chef James prepares your food to order while you wait and you can watch him do it.
